Of large and impressive scale, a Spanish oil on canvas titled” Doctor Mysticus”.
Standing at 5.5 ft high by 4 ft wide.
The painting depicts Saint Jaun of the Cross, and is signed and dated 1928.
It retains its original carved and gilded, decorative wooden frame.
As the photos show though the painting has had repairs and touch ups over the years, it still displays very well.
