A zinc and lead octagonal baptismal font.
Late 19th/early 20thc, with a finial depicting John The Baptist with kneeling Christ, over a dome topped scroll, decorated with foliage and motifs.
With a single hinged door enabling access to the enamel basin.
Religious medallions and rosettes rising on a stepped base.
There are remnants of the original old paint.
Comes in 3 sections.
