Early Turn Of The Century Fairy Bike
Sold
A rare English fairy bike c1917.
The bike is in excellent working order in original condition except for a later chain.
The crank has the letters FAC cut out relating to Fay and Coleson.
The term “fairy cycle” became generic after the fairy and Fay and Coleson companies merged in 1917 describing a child’s style of bicycle, otherwise known as a pavement or park cycle.
