If you are unhappy with your item, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Returns are dealt with on an individual basis. In the unlikely event that your item gets damaged in transit our independent, fully insured couriers will be responsible for reimbursing you. We arrange a courier as a non-profitable service on the purchasers’ behalf. We assume no liability for damage or loss in transit once the item has left our warehouse. The claim will be paid directly by the courier, once his claim has been successful. If it is agreed that the item needs to be returned, the responsibility of the cost of returning is down to the purchaser. Once the item has been received by us in the same condition a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
If an item is lost or damaged by a postal service, the item will need to be returned at the purchaser’s cost. Once we receive the item, we will raise a claim with the postal service provider and once they have honoured the claim a full refund will be issued.
Please note, all claims will only be paid out once the courier has been paid in full by the insurer. Then the refund will be sent directly to the customer.
